* Does the driver have an exceptional safety record?
* Does the company adhere to laws regarding driver hours?
* Are the driver's customer service oriented?
Company Policies:
* How is price determined? Miles, Hours, Day Rates, Tour packages, etc
* What are the deposit and payment policies?
* Are driver gratuities included in the price?
* What are the cancelation policies?
* Are fees such as fuel surcharges, taxes, tolls, permits and driver accommodations clearly defined?
